Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to PrimeAxis websites, app workspaces, lead pilots, campaign builds, managed outbound services, and related tools. By using PrimeAxis, purchasing a package, submitting an intake form, or accessing the app, you agree to these Terms.

Services

PrimeAxis may provide lead research, lead enrichment, campaign workspaces, AI-assisted email follow-up copy, CRM-style lead review, campaign reporting, managed outbound support, and related services. Specific deliverables depend on the package purchased, intake approval, or a separate written agreement.

Packages, credits, and app access

  • 50-Lead Pilot: a limited lead pilot and app access experience designed to help customers inspect the workflow before scaling.
  • Campaign Build: a one-time campaign build with the stated number of enriched leads, decision-maker fields, and email follow-up assets.
  • Managed Outbound: a custom, reviewed service where PrimeAxis may support list building, setup, sending execution, monitoring, and reporting based on scope.
  • Credits, lead counts, enrichment counts, or usage allowances are estimates or package limits unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payments and billing

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party processor. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewals, overages, or custom service amounts according to the package or agreement selected.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel future recurring services where applicable. Cancellation does not automatically refund work already started, completed deliverables, usage, enrichment costs, third-party costs, or custom setup work.

No performance guarantee

PrimeAxis does not guarantee sales, replies, revenue, inbox placement, deliverability, or campaign performance. Outbound results depend on offer quality, market fit, targeting, timing, inbox health, compliance, competition, and other factors outside our control.

Customer responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your offer, claims, website, target market, and outreach instructions.
  • You must provide exclusions, suppression lists, restricted categories, compliance instructions, and any do-not-contact requirements before campaign work begins.
  • You are responsible for using exported or visible lead/contact data lawfully and for honoring opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, and applicable outreach rules.
  • You may not use PrimeAxis to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or non-compliant outreach.

Acceptable use

Your use of PrimeAxis is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, Data Use / Compliance Policy, and any additional restrictions we provide during onboarding or campaign review.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to PrimeAxis if we believe an account is being used for spam, fraud, illegal activity, abuse, platform misuse, security risk, payment failure, policy violations, or activity that may harm PrimeAxis, prospects, service providers, or third parties.

Third-party services

PrimeAxis may integrate with or rely on third-party tools for hosting, authentication, payment processing, enrichment, analytics, email delivery, automation, and data storage. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.

Intellectual property

PrimeAxis owns its platform, workflows, templates, designs, software, systems, processes, and underlying technology. After payment, customers may use campaign deliverables created specifically for them for their own business outreach, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PrimeAxis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrimeAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, deliverability, or campaign-performance damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to PrimeAxis for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
